Equipment Maintenance Associate at United Rentals

As an Equipment Associate, your main responsibilities will include conducting routine maintenance, checking for equipment damage, and maintaining a clean workspace. You will also inspect rental equipment for compliance and operational readiness while adhering to safety standards. This role opens pathways towards advancement in Driver and Service Technician programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance and minor repairs on storage equipment
- Inspect returned equipment for damage and compliance
- Maintain a thorough inspection process for safety decals
- Clean all equipment and organize the work area
- Operate equipment safely and effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to safety practices
- Ability to lift 45 lbs frequently
