- Monitor preventative maintenance programs for asset integrity
- Lead and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring performance management
- Coordinate renovations and capital project oversight
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify safety risks
- Five years of experience in mechanical maintenance required
- Three years of managerial experience is essential
- Operator A or B Maintenance license needed
- Electrical and plumbing skills preferred
- Experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial
