Manager Of Financial Due Diligence At Richter Winnipeg

Elevate your career at Richter as a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services, focusing on Financial Due Diligence. Engage with entrepreneurs and provide insightful financial guidance. In this managerial role, you'll be integral to our Transaction Advisory Group, working with clients on buy- and sell-side transactions. With at least five years of relevant experience, you’ll assess financial reporting quality, identify risks, and conduct in-depth financial analyses. Collaborate closely with team members while preparing reports and communicating with clients to ensure engagement success.
Key Responsibilities Assess company financial reporting and accounting policies
Identify key risks affecting price and investment decisions
Conduct detailed financial analyses on earnings and cash flows
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
Engage with clients to understand needs and provide updates
Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree with a CPA
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities
