Join Bell's AI Fabric team and play a critical role in protecting the infrastructure powering next-generation technology. As a Security Operations Coordinator, you'll help ensure a safe, secure, and controlled environment across our facility—supporting people, assets, and mission-critical systems. You'll be the first line of defense, combining security expertise with a strong customer service mindset.

• Monitor and control building access; verify credentials and manage visitor logs
• Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV and alarm systems
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; coordinate with emergency services
• Protect telecom and IT infrastructure
• Maintain incident reports and documentation
• Provide front-line support to employees and visitors

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Experience with security systems (CCTV, access control)
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Customer-first mindset
• Understanding of privacy regulations (e.g., PIPEDA)

• First Aid & CPR certification
• Background check and reliability clearance
• Experience in corporate or infrastructure security (asset)

Working Conditions

• 24/7 shift work (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Combination of desk, control room, and patrol duties
• Exposure to indoor and outdoor environments

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
