As a Strip Mall Security Guard in Winnipeg, MB, you will play a key role in ensuring safety while delivering excellent customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors. Responsibilities for Strip Mall Security Guard
- Maintain a safe and Secure environment
- Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence
- Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches.
- Performing exterior and Interior Foot Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
- Use G- Track reporting system while patrolling.
- Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
- Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
- Provide Excellent customer service.
Qualifications for Strip Mall Security Guard
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
- Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
- Customer service oriented
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
