Contract EHS Management Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Contract EHS Management Coordinator based in Canada. As a Contract EHS Management Coordinator, you will play a central role in strengthening contractor safety, compliance, and operational readiness across a global organization. You will oversee the collection, preparation, standardization, and maintenance of external EHS customer accounts and internal contractor management processes. Your expertise will help business units meet contractor compliance requirements while maintaining high standards of data integrity and governance. Working across EHS, Sourcing, Digital Technology, business units, and external partners, you will connect strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution. You will also coordinate operational activities, track performance through KPIs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This role combines hands-on operational support with process governance, stakeholder management, training, and technology improvement. It is fully remote and offers the opportunity to contribute to contractor safety practices at a global scale. Accountabilities - Support the implementation of the Contractor EHS Management TS2026 roadmap by developing standardized templates, formats, procedures, and supporting documentation. - Direct the daily activities of the Advanced Prep Team, including task prioritization, scheduling, problem-solving, cross-functional coordination, and performance monitoring. - Track team and account performance through KPIs, monthly utilization reports, and other performance metrics, while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency. - Lead the standardization and governance of ComplyWorks and third-party contractor management accounts, including SOPs, digital toolkits, centralized file structures, and data management practices.

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and ComplyWorks, responding to inquiries, resolving escalations, and coordinating consistent communications across EHS and Sourcing teams. - Support the ComplyWorks improvement roadmap by developing databases, monitoring project completion, and coordinating activities with contractor management leadership, Digital Technology, platform representatives, and other stakeholders. - Maintain and update user training resources, including “Learning Bits,” training modules, and ComplyWorks instructional materials. - Manage communications through ComplyWorks bulletins and support the rollout of EHS supplier guidance to contractors and management. - Support the rollout and ongoing assurance of the Contractor Performance Audit Program, including maintaining relevant databases, dashboards, and performance information. - Identify opportunities to strengthen standard work, data integrity, contractor compliance, and operational consistency across business units and global teams. Requirements - Proven experience in contractor management, EHS, supplier compliance, or a closely related operational discipline. - Advanced knowledge and practical experience with ComplyWorks and major third-party contractor management platforms such as ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, and VeriSource. - Strong understanding of external EHS customer requirements and contractor compliance processes. - Ability to analyze and synthesize complex operational data into actionable insights, utilization reports, KPIs, and performance metrics. - Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives and implementing standardized processes across multiple teams or business units. - Strong systems-thinking capabilities, with the ability to connect enterprise strategy, governance requirements, data management, and field-level execution.
