Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 Base + Bonus (Up to $25,000)
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead a dynamic full-service restaurant team in Prince George. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, and who is ready to take ownership of both day-to-day operations and long-term business growth.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team across both front and back of house
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive culture rooted in hospitality and accountability
- Oversee financial performance, labor management, and operational efficiency
- Execute against weekly, monthly, and annual goals with a strong focus on profitability and guest satisfaction
- Build schedules, ensure training excellence, and uphold high cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Hire, coach, and develop leaders and hourly team members to grow with the business
- Champion brand integrity, local marketing initiatives, and community engagement
- Uphold a premium guest experience by role modeling attentive, genuine service
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience leading a full-service restaurant or bar
- Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of hitting KPIs
- Passion for people development and a coaching-forward leadership style
- Deep understanding of food, beverage, and hospitality trends
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience building high-performing teams and inclusive cultures
- A proactive, energetic mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
