Lead with purpose and passion as a Manager in Assurance & Accounting at MNP. This role focuses on delivering tailored financial insights amid evolving business landscapes. As a key player in MNP's Assurance & Accounting team, you will manage client-facing engagements, ensuring high-quality service and positive outcomes. Your expertise will guide clients through complex financial decisions while mentoring team members for growth and success. With a focus on client relationships, you will help grow accounts and deliver strong value over time. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engagement teams on tax, budgeting, and accounting projects
- Deliver expert reports and presentations tailored to clients
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and their needs
- Ensure timely project planning, budgeting, and billing
- Maintain quality control for accuracy in financial reports
- CPA designation required
- 6 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- Experience with tax returns and compilations is preferred
- Flexibility to travel as needed
