Retail Manager, Hardgoods Sales Department

- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail
- Proven sales growth history in a management role
- Excellent understanding of customer service principles
- Experience or passion for sports or sporting goods
- Ability to lead with a strong, inclusive mindset
