Senior Guidewire QA Analyst PolicyCenter BillingCenter & ClaimCenter
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire QA Analyst with strong functional and automation testing expertise across Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter . The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end testing defect management SQL-based backend validation and Agile delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional regression integration and UAT testing across Guidewire applications.
- Develop and maintain test plans test cases test scripts and test execution reports .
- Participate in requirements reviews sprint planning and release readiness activities.
- Perform defect logging tracking reporting and resolution coordination using JIRA or similar tools.
- Communicate testing issues and risks effectively to development business and client stakeholders.
- Develop and execute test automation using Selenium and Tosca .
- Automate business-critical testing scenarios using functional automation frameworks.
- Perform SQL/PL-SQL-based backend validation database testing and data reconciliation .
- Work within Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments .
- Coordinate with Business Analysts Product Owners Developers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct demos and support client-facing testing activities.
- Escalate testing risks issues and blockers as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Mandatory: Strong Guidewire testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC)
- Guidewire BillingCenter (BC)
- Guidewire ClaimCenter (CC)
- Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC)
- Strong experience in functional regression integration and UAT testing .
- Experience with Selenium and/or Tosca and functional test automation frameworks.
- Strong SQL/PL-SQL skills for backend data validation and reconciliation.
- Experience with JIRA or similar defect/test management tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments.
- Strong test documentation and defect management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience.
- Strong understanding of Guidewire business processes .
- Experience working directly with clients Business Analysts Product Owners and development teams.
