About the Opportunity

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring compliance with credit policies and proactive risk management.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to credit team members on account management and best practices.
• Monitor account performance, resolve customer disputes, and escalate significant credit risks as needed.
• Support the development and improvement of credit policies, procedures, and controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual credit reporting, including month-end close support.
• Participate in daily team meetings, prioritize workload, and provide backup support to the Credit Manager

• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or a related finance function.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and account management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Salary Range
$70,000 - $72,000/year
