Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in B2B customer service or account management to join our team. This role involves providing product consultation and driving B2B growth through effective communication and relationship building skills. This position will report to the Director of Business Relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Assist business accounts with course information, pricing, and process. Process booking and product transactions for our business account customers accurately and efficiently

- Create a seamlessly positive experience for our existing clients and an, informative and responsive experience for inbound prospects

- Analyze inbound prospect needs and recommend suitable courses, products and methods of delivery

- Be alert for existing customers and inbound prospects who may benefit from relevant additional courses and products

- Conduct data entry into our booking program and CRM to update prospect and existing customer information and plan timely contact for reminders and renewals.

- Effectively communicate company promotions and special offers

- Prepare for regularly scheduled team meetings with ideas for improved customer experience, solutions to recognized challenges and ways to innovate and streamline client-facing processes

- Work with the Director of Business Relationships to present a customer retention and expansion plan within the first three months of employment

- Commitment to meet growth targets

- Understand the first aid and safety training marketplaces, its customers and our competitors

- Drive or assist in outbound B2B marketing or informational collateral

Skills:

- Strong B2B service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and retention

- Ability to quickly connect and create confidence and engagement with new contacts

- Ability to communicate effectively in a clear, professional and friendly manner both verbally and in writing

- Proficiency in typing, data entry and familiarity with ERP or booking programs and CRMs

- Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite and/or Google equivalents

- Excellent organizational skills and a predisposition for client responsiveness

- Sales experience or willingness to learn sales techniques.

- Openness to networking and prospecting would be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
