Job Responsibility:
The Big Box - Family Entertainment Hub, is looking for floor team member (full time & part time) for their facility with possible growth opportunity as keyholder/supervisor in due course. We are looking for dependable, team-oriented individuals with high energy and a passion for delivering superior guest service to families of all ages and is available for full time work.

Job requirements:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Learn and operate attractions like bumper car, VR, ropes course
- Monitor playground and kids for rules and regulations
- Troubleshoot any work-related problems
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Welcoming customers with a smile
- Using the POS system and handling money
- Supporting the daily operations of The Big Box
- Replenishing stock in kitchen, washrooms and in redemption center and using The Big Box standards to create a visually appealing store
- Maintaining cleanliness of the facility including but not limited to play structures, kitchen area, restaurant sitting area, washrooms, and general areas of the facility at all times.
- Working with children of age 0-14 for meaningful playground experience and birthday events
