Task Team Outfitter Seasonal

Summary:

Reporting to the Retail Manager - Operations the Task Team Outfitter is responsible for executing visual merchandising plans planograms and flyer/ad sets on the sales floor.

Responsibilities:

• Support visual merchandising for assigned areas including fixture replacement updating signage updating end caps floor moves mannequin dressing and prep and setup of merchandise for ads
• Perform resets for assigned departments when required
• Assist with merchandise purges when assigned
• Perform replenishment tasks across departments including filling folding repackaging sorting facing hanging and locating items
• Assist customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions when working on the Sales floor during store open hours
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Two or more years experience in merchandising is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A combination of education and experience will be considered with hiring preference given to those with at least six months of merchandising experience
• Ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work
• Ability to use good judgment and logic
• Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabelas specific products is an asset
