Manager, Structural Engineering at GEMTEC

GEMTEC seeks a Manager for its Structural Engineering team in Moncton, NB. This permanent full-time role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives while mentoring the next generation of engineers.
In this impactful role, you will enhance the growth of a 20-member team and manage complex engineering projects across various sectors, including commercial and institutional. Your leadership will ensure quality delivery, build client trust, and maintain operational excellence for all structural endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop structural division strategies aligning with GEMTEC's objectives
• Oversee project management from proposals to execution
• Provide senior-level technical support on significant projects
• Handle annual budget and resource allocations
• Foster relationships with municipal and private-sector clients
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; structural specialization desirable
• Engineering certification in an Atlantic province
• 10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience
• Strong experience in consulting and leading projects
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle availability
