VMware Consultant with Azure Expertise

Explore an impactful role as a VMware Consultant, focusing on VMware Cloud Foundation and Azure IaaS. This contract position offers 12 months of collaboration, innovation, and tech enhancement. In this position, you will be providing support and administration of VMware Cloud Foundation components including vSphere and vSAN. Your role also involves maintaining Disaster Recovery solutions while developing and supporting automation pipelines with Ansible Tower and Azure DevOps. The position requires a proactive approach to incident resolution, change management, and cybersecurity enforcement. Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain VMware Cloud Foundation components
- Implement and validate Disaster Recovery plans
- Develop automation pipelines using Ansible Tower and Azure DevOps
- Ensure high availability in large-scale production environments
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning
- 5+ years in VMware ecosystem including vSphere and VCF
- 3+ years with Azure IaaS and automation tools
- Proficient in scripting languages like PowerShell/Python
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code practices
- ITIL or Agile certifications are a plus
