Lead regulatory strategy as Global Legal Counsel with OSL, focusing on payments, stablecoins, and cross-border financial infrastructure. Drive compliance and legal advice for our growing global business. We seek an experienced Global Legal Counsel with extensive knowledge of payments and digital assets. This role focuses on providing legal support for licensing and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will advise on payment products and stablecoin settlements while monitoring regulatory developments impacting the industry. Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on global licensing and compliance for payment services
• Lead licence applications and regulatory engagements
• Assess legal implications of cross-border payment products
• Monitor global regulatory developments in financial services
• Draft and negotiate legal documentation for payment services Requirements:
• Qualified lawyer with 6+ years post qualification experience
• Expertise in payment service providers and fintech
• Strong understanding of global payments regulations
• Prior experience with stablecoins or digital assets preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Become a pivotal player in shaping OSL’s legal strategy for innovative payment solutions.
