Role Description
This is a full‑time in‑office role located in Okotoks, AB, for a Deputy Director. The Deputy Director will oversee daily operations, support the strategic vision of the organization, manage projects, and provide leadership to ensure organizational goals are met. Responsibilities include optimizing processes, supervising teams, monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth. The Deputy Director will also assist in developing and implementing business strategies to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management abilities to oversee teams, coordinate projects, and drive organizational success
- Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance with financial regulations
- Experience in operational management, strategic planning, and process optimization
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficiency with accounting software and tools relevant to bookkeeping and financial operations
- Adaptable and proactive approach to managing priorities and resolving challenges
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or related fields is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline preferred
