Job Responsibility:
Job Summary McCance Plumbing and Heating is currently seeking a well rounded office administrator. This role will consist of , answering client calls, dispatching service technicians, collecting payments, scheduling and coordinating quoted jobs and other office related tasks. The successful candidate will be exceptionally organized and be able to effectively plan and prioritize workflow while efficiently communicating with clients, fellow office and field staff. We are looking to hire from within the Foothills region for our Okotoks office. Proficient typing skills are required. The right applicant will work well with a team in what can some times be a very fast pace environment. Being familiar with Microsoft products is an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
