The Sales Consultant will be a highly motivated individual, with an enthusiastic attitude and professional approach. Strong people skills and a commitment to customer service is a must! Automotive sales and Ford brand experience is an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Develop buyers by keeping good rapport with previous and new customers; also by suggesting trade-ins; respond to inquiries; recommend sales campaigns and promotions
• Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interests to various models, etc.
• Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify potential customers
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
• Figure out customer’s needs by listening and asking questions
• Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Engage customers through our online chat tool
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
• Perform walk-around videos with new and old customer and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles
• Work with management team on opportunities and sales objectives

How You’ll Succeed

• Build Relationships & Close Deals: Connect with fresh walk-ins and loyal repeat clients, matching them with their ideal vehicle through dynamic walk-around videos and hands-on test drives.
• Master Digital & In-Person Engagement: Respond rapidly to online inquiries, chat leads, and outbound calls with enthusiasm, speed, and sharp closing skills.
• Consult & Value Add: Identify customer needs, present tailored trade-in options, and highlight exclusive sales promotions to maximize value on every deal.
• Partner for Victory: Work closely with our supportive sales managers to hit aggressive targets, surpass personal financial goals, and celebrate major wins.

Minimum gross income of $50,000 annually, with the opportunity to earn significantly more through our competitive sales commission pay plan!

Requirements:

• Clean driver's abstract
• Valid AB driver's license
• Customer service experience
• Automotive sales and Ford brand experience are considered assets
