We’re looking for hardworking, reliable Road Labourers to join our crew for the remainder of the 2026 season.

Job Duties

• Assist with asphalt maintenance and road construction.

• Perform road preparation and pothole repairs.
• Complete paving, sealcoating, crack filling, and line painting.
• Operate blowers, sweepers, compactors, torches, and other equipment.
• Drive company vehicles with trailers.
• Handle materials and clean equipment.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites.
• Participate in the company’s health and safety program.
• Follow all workplace policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Site Supervisor.

Pay & Schedule

• $20–$25 per hour, based on experience.
• Overtime paid in accordance with Alberta legislation.
• Monthly pay on the 1st of every month.
• Hands-on training provided.
• Daily lunch provided.

• Seasonal, travel-based position requiring work across Alberta and potentially out of province.
• 8–12-hour shifts, including weekends and occasional nights.

Requirements

• Previous road construction or asphalt maintenance experience required.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence (Class 3 preferred).
• Clean driver’s abstract.
• Ability to work extended hours.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and drug- and alcohol-free.

Assets

• Alberta Flagging Ticket.
• First Aid certification.
• Additional safety tickets.
• Experience with crack filling.
• Experience with paving.
• Experience operating a skid steer.
