Ontario Wholesale Energy (“OWE”) is one of Ontario’s fastest-growing boutique natural gas and electricity retailers, serving over 44,000 commercial customer sites across the province. - Base Salary: $50,000/year + industry-leading commissions
- Commission structure: Up-front and residual commissions ($20 per RCE) with incremental increases based on performance

What You’ll Do
As an Energy Specialist / Appointment Booker , you’ll be the driving force behind our growth — connecting with businesses across Ontario, introducing them to smarter energy solutions, and helping them save money while achieving stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new commercial customers via outbound calls (100–150 per day)
- Schedule appointments and build long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Collaborate closely with Outside Sales and Account Management teams to close deals
- Maintain integrity, transparency, and professionalism in every interaction
- Track progress, meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly RCE targets
- Manage your pipeline efficiently with strong time-management and goal-setting habits
