Resident-Focused Administrative Assistant (Village Team)

Schlegel Villages’ University Gates in Waterloo, ON is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors, manage office duties, and support the administrative team with documentation and scheduling.
Successful candidates will bring an office administration certificate or equivalent experience, exceptional customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
