Administration & Co-Pay Assistant - Bilingual - French - 6-Month Contract

Cencora seeks a bilingual administration and co-pay assistant to support patient reimbursement and pharma commercialization services in Canada. The role involves managing patient files, tracking coverage claims, documenting communications, and escalating reimbursement issues to appropriate teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with patients to collect reimbursement updates and case progression information
• Update and maintain patient files with accurate documentation of activities and outcomes
• Collect, review, and record coverage, claims, and patient access information per program requirements
• Escalate reimbursement barriers and coverage issues to appropriate team members
• Compile reimbursement data from multiple sources for reporting and case management

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years administrative experience in pharmaceutical setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual French and English fluency
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
