Customer Service Representative - Bilingual - French

Cencora seeks a bilingual customer service representative to support pharmaceutical commercialization services in Canada. The role involves processing orders, managing client inquiries, and coordinating with internal departments in a remote setting based in Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and process pharmacy and client orders via phone, email, and fax
• Generate pick tickets through ERP system and coordinate carrier selection for timely delivery
• Maintain accurate backorder information and manage customer account setup and files
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding shipments, returns, credits, and account issues
• Provide courteous customer service and escalate complex issues appropriately

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
• Post-secondary education or equivalent in related field
• 0-2 years customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and order entry systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment

Compensation: $39,936 - $67,496 CAD
