Responsibilities
- Assist reimbursement processes for timely and accurate coverage-related request handling
- Coordinate benefits documentation, case updates, and support communications
- Resolve routine reimbursement issues and documentation gaps
- Maintain accurate case records and system updates for operational visibility
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on case resolution
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years in reimbursement support, patient services, or healthcare operations
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience with case coordination or claims support
- Certification in reimbursement, patient access, or CRM systems preferred
