Warehouse Manager with Leadership Focus

Become the Warehouse Manager and lead operations to drive efficiency and ensure safety compliance. Your leadership will enhance team performance and warehouse productivity. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring an efficient workflow from receiving to shipping. Your leadership will not only involve managing a dedicated team of supervisors and associates but also implementing key performance measures to enhance productivity and identify improvement areas. Fostering a safety-first environment will be essential to your success. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all aspects of warehouse operations daily
- Initiate projects to improve processes and reduce costs
- Monitor and manage performance metrics for improvements
- Evaluate team performance and foster development
- Promote safety adherence and conduct inspections
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 7+ years of warehouse experience with at least 2 years in management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Effectiveness in analytical decision-making
- Capability to physically lift/move 50 pounds as necessary
