Renovation Sales Consultant at Tri Coast

Elevate customer satisfaction as a Renovation Sales Consultant with Tri Coast Renovations LTD. This full-time role involves sales, site visits, and assisting clients with their renovation projects. At Tri Coast Renovations LTD., you will sell residential renovations and use your construction knowledge to convert leads into sales. Your responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting job site visits, and providing detailed quotes. You will also support clients with material selection and closely track leads using proprietary software and CRM tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and schedule job site visits with customers
- Capture photos and measurements at job sites
- Assist customers in finished material selection
- Close sales and finalize project quotes
- Organize lead information using Buildertrend and OneDrive
- B2B sales and construction experience required
- Strong consultative sales and closing abilities
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and capable of independent work
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
