Customer-Focused Technical Sales Expert

Drive customer engagement as a Customer-Focused Technical Sales Expert. Blend your technical expertise with sales acumen to support and guide clients in machinery utilization. This role requires a strong commitment to customer relationships and technical excellence. You will act as a liaison between the company and clients, providing technical support, evaluating needs, and proposing actionable solutions. The position necessitates regular travel, enabling direct interaction with OSB producers and maintenance teams across various locations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and application insights
- Identify aftermarket opportunities and solutions
- Create technical proposals based on customer needs
- Collaborate with engineering on project details
- Maintain customer interaction records professionally
- Education in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
- Mechanical knowledge and hands-on equipment experience
- Familiarity with electrical and hydraulic systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel regularly for client engagements
