IEM Manager - Low Voltage Technical Products

Drive innovation in low voltage technical products at IEM as a Manager in Technical Product Management. Lead a team in developing product strategies that meet diverse market needs in various facilities. As the Manager of Low Voltage Technical Products, you will be responsible for guiding the development of LV switchgear and related products. Focus on team growth through mentoring while ensuring effective communication with cross-functional departments like sales and engineering. This role supports multiple manufacturing sites across Canada and the United States. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a department of subject matter experts in LV distribution
• Hire, onboard, and train product management staff
• Collaborate with various IEM departments for product alignment
• Oversee industrialization of new product introductions
• Track team performance to facilitate continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 4-year degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering
• 5 years' experience in related power distribution field
• 2 years in a management capacity
• Knowledge of UL and ANSI regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
