What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your background and interests, your activities may include:
- Building and developing professional relationships.
- Connecting with prospective professionals through phone, email and video.
- Conducting initial conversations and qualification discussions.
- Supporting business development and relationship-building activities.
- Participating in sales and marketing activities.
- Working with digital business systems and online platforms.
- Participating in ongoing training and sales & marketing activities.
- Working within established systems and processes.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- An experienced professional with 5+ years' experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, people and culture, business development, relationship management, sales, marketing or a related field.
- A confident and natural communicator.
- Comfortable connecting with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
- Open to learning and developing new skills.
- Interested in personal and professional growth.
- Looking for greater flexibility and autonomy in their working life.
