Office Manager in Food Service

The Office Manager is crucial in organizing financial operations, collaborating with the Financial Business Analyst, and ensuring compliance with Dexterra Signature Dining’s standards. You will oversee administrative support while preparing reports and managing accounting staff to create an efficient workplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Review daily sales and report issues to ROD
- Manage payroll and retrieve invoices for franchise portals
- Assist in food safety audits and corrective actions
- Train and manage accounting and office staff
- 3–5 years in accounting or office management
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written communication abilities
- Clear criminal record check required
