Associate Director Process Engineering

Lead Process Engineering at OMERS through AI-enabled transformation, complex process analysis, and a flexible hybrid schedule requiring four office days weekly.As Associate Director, you will lead the Process Engineering practice within Data and Technology. You will guide a team while transforming processes across Investments, Corporate, and Real Estate. The work connects process discovery, future-state design, automation, analytics, and technology delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop Process Engineers across transformation initiativesPrioritize AI, automation, analytics, and simplification opportunitiesLead transformations from analysis through adoption and benefits realizationDesign resilient technology support models and governanceMature delivery methodology, standards, tools, and ways of workingRequirements:
Significant process engineering or business transformation experienceExperience leading complex cross-functional process analysis and future-state designExperience enabling digital transformation and technology-enabled changeExperience coaching Process Engineers or comparable professionalsStrong strategic, communication, judgment, and prioritization skillsShape sustainable business outcomes at OMERS by combining process engineering, AI enablement, operational readiness, and trusted stakeholder partnerships.
