Associate Director Process Engineering

Lead process engineering and AI-enabled transformation at OMERS through a flexible hybrid model requiring four office days weekly. Shape enterprise-wide change.As Associate Director, Process Engineering, you will lead the practice and a team of Process Engineers. You will guide complex transformations across Investments, Corporate and Real Estate groups. The work spans process analysis, future-state design, automation, analytics, and technology delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop Process Engineers across transformation initiativesIdentify and prioritize AI, automation, and analytics opportunitiesDirect complex transformations through implementation and benefits realizationDesign simplified workflows and resilient technology support modelsMature methodologies, standards, tools, and practice ways of workingRequirements:
Significant process engineering or business transformation experienceExperience leading complex, cross-functional process analysis and designExperience enabling digital transformation and technology-enabled changeExperience leading and developing transformation professionalsStrong stakeholder influence, judgment, communication, and prioritization skillsBring process simplification, change leadership, and technology transformation expertise to OMERS as Associate Director, Process Engineering.
