Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Lead with 20+ years of expertise in designing, developing, modernizing, and supporting enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong Microsoft technology expertise, technical leadership skills, and experience delivering solutions across Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, and Retail domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture, technical design, and development initiatives.
• Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Design and build scalable applications, APIs, and integration services using .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and WCF .
• Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives on Microsoft Azure .
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps .
• Modernize legacy applications and migrate monolithic systems to service-based architectures.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, QA teams, and project managers in Agile environments.
• Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools for code analysis, defect investigation, documentation, and productivity improvements.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of software development and technical leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, WCF) .
• Experience with Azure Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and Application Modernization .
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, and Agile delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $95,000 - $120,000/Annum

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
