Area Manager for Technical Solutions

Join a leading company in CSM as an Area Manager to influence technical solutions and team development across diverse industries. Lead skilled Account Managers in enhancing energy and water sustainability. This role requires an experienced leader with a background in chemical water and process treatment solutions. You will oversee targeted sales campaigns and develop high-performing teams while fostering strategic growth and collaboration. Your goal will be to ensure effective customer relationships and substantial revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, coach, and lead a team of Account Managers
- Demonstrate expertise in chemical water treatment applications
- Drive revenue growth through targeted sales campaigns
- Implement Account Management Excellence Programs
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
- 15+ years in the water treatment industry
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Proficient in consultative selling and solution development
- Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel
