Field Sales Manager (B2B / Industrial)
Next International Inc.
Weâre representing an established industrial services organization looking for a Field Sales Manager  to lead commercial growth in the Fort McMurray region.
This role suits someone who enjoys being out in the field, building trusted relationships, and spotting opportunities where technical services can add real operational value. Youâll work closely with decisionâmakers across industrial and construction environments, helping translate needs into practical service solutions.
What Youâll Spend Your Time On
- Expanding relationships with industrial and construction clients across the region
- Identifying new opportunities and turning conversations into qualified leads
- Understanding siteâlevel challenges and aligning services to client goals
- Presenting solutions, developing pricing, and supporting commercial negotiations
- Staying connected to local market activity and sharing insights internally
Regional travel is part of the role (roughly 30% , mostly day trips). The position is based in Fort McMurray.
What Weâre Looking For
- Several years of fieldâbased sales or business development experience within industrial or energyâadjacent services
- Comfort discussing construction, maintenance, or turnaroundârelated offerings
- A relationshipâdriven approach with a strong closing mindset
- Independence, accountability, and followâthrough
- Valid driverâs licence and willingness to travel regionally
