- Lead maintenance in strict safety compliance
- Prioritize and oversee equipment repair activities
- Implement reliability initiatives to reduce downtime
- Develop financial budgets for maintenance operations
- Train and mentor staff to promote a culture of excellence
- Valid Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification
- Minimum of 10 years in industrial maintenance
- 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Proficient in ERP systems and maintenance budgeting
- Familiarity with industry-standard heavy equipment
