Lead nursing services as the Director of Nursing at the City of Toronto. - Develop and implement policies for nursing services
- Evaluate effectiveness of nursing programs and services

- Accurately document nursing assessments and interventions
- Extensive nursing management experience is required
- Current registration with Ontario College of Nurses
- Strong understanding of relevant policies and legislation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively
