- Own P&L for Wealth business, driving revenue and AUM growth
- Execute multi-year strategy improving sales and advisor performance
- Scale and innovate virtual Wealth Advice Centre
- Lead referral-driven commercialization across the enterprise
- Champion digital excellence and transformation within Wealth
- 10+ years in Wealth Management leadership
- Proven track record in scaling sales teams
- Strong experience in financial planning and technology integration
- Exceptional communication and influence skills
- Relevant industry designations preferred
