Drive operational excellence as a Dock Manager at TST-CF Express in Toronto. Oversee a dedicated team and ensure efficient dock operations within the less than truckload (LTL) transportation sector. In this full-time role, you will utilize 3-5 years of management experience in transportation to guide dock operations. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring timely load processing while fostering a culture centered on health and safety. Familiarity with the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) will enhance collaboration across departments for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve operational goals with the dock team

- Ensure timely processing of loads from various origins
- Maintain optimum staffing and equipment levels
- Monitor and report on dock performance metrics
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in transportation
