Job Description
The Inventory Control Supervisor oversees inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, reconciliation, and efficient throughput and fulfillment, with occasional site visits.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inventory audits to maintain accuracy, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate warehouse inventory activities to support efficient operations.
- Forecast inventory needs to align stock levels with fulfillment demands.
- Supervise, support, and develop a team of 1–5 employees.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance accuracy and throughput.
- Collaborate with warehouse personnel to resolve inventory discrepancies and fulfillment issues.
- Participate in occasional site visits as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of inventory forecasting and data analysis.
- Team leadership and staff supervision experience.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
