Inventory Cycle Counter

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an Inventory Cycle Counter for its Mississauga facility to perform cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records in a GMP-regulated warehouse environment. The role involves working first shift with exposure to manufacturing conditions and handling responsibilities across inventory systems and client reporting.
Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts following established procedures and investigate discrepancies
- Investigate missed consumption and goods receipt variances
- Clear and investigate staging residuals exceeding 60 days old
- Conduct final verification of client material reports and prepare inventory reports
- Perform weekly and monthly non-inventory counts and generate related reports
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years inventory and forklift operation experience
- Valid forklift certification
- Cycle counting and inventory reconciliation experience
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of weights, measures, and cGMP practices preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
