Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

These rates do not include vacation pay nor statutory pay.

• Grade midterm, team report and final team report

Minimum qualifications

• Minimum C.G.P.A. of 7.0;
• Minimum grade of A- in ADM4336 or its equivalent.
• Must have good reading and writing skills
• Have successfully completed an upper year Organizational Behavior/ Human Resource course.
• Experience with online course delivery considered an asset
• Experience with online videoconferencing environment considered an asset (ex. Microsoft Teams)

• Meeting with professor during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) ,
• Candidates on short list may be interviewed by course professor/coordinator.
• Please note that the posted hours could be increased by 10% to 30% due to registration.
• Please note, you will be required to have access to a computer, internet, microphone and webcam
• Contract hours may be reallocated among different tasks, which the professor may adjust over the course of the semester.
• Must be located in Ottawa for the entire duration of the course (with the exception of official University holidays), including through the grading of the final exam and calculation of final grades by the professor.
