Shipping Clerk/Warehouse Assistant

Grenier Chrysler Montréal-Est is looking for a motivated parts clerk/assistant to join its dynamic team!

Main Responsibilities:

Take photos of vehicles for the website.
Help upload photos to the website.
Pick up and deliver parts and supplies to customers and suppliers.
Greet customers at the parts counter professionally.
Respond to technicians’ requests by ensuring the necessary parts are available quickly.
Search for, identify, and order auto parts as needed.
Handle returns, exchanges, and warranties for parts.
Assist with parts inventory management.
Move vehicles.
Assist with the customer drop-off service.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license.
In-depth knowledge of parts management systems and electronic catalogs. (SERTI, August)
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
