We are looking for an energetic, social-savvy individual who understands what it takes to work with creators to develop compelling digital content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. The successful candidate will work as part of a cross-functional team that includes social media, search, design and development professionals to assist our clients with leveraging influencer content to increase their reach and generate sales. 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

This is a 1-year contract position for maternity leave coverage.

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment; is a self-starter and is a highly skilled communicator who is passionate about influencer & digital marketing, brand-building, and business growth.

We are a remote workplace, meaning the successful candidate will work from the comfort of their home on an ongoing basis. The ideal person is motivated by results, is self-directed and is committed to continuous improvement. We have regular virtual and in-person team events to build a strong culture of collaboration, teamwork and fun. We therefore have a preference for team members to be located in Ontario, ideally near Toronto and its surrounding areas.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will pitch and execute influencer marketing strategies, build and manage creator relationships, and oversee campaigns from research and outreach to execution and reporting. 

Scale influencer programs for Reshift Media’s clients across relevant social platforms, leading creator and partner relationships from outreach to campaign completion. 

Develop influencer pitches, strategies, timelines, and budgets aligned with client objectives

Source and evaluate influencers and creators based on audience relevance, performance insights, brand alignment, and location to support client objectives. 

Lead influencer negotiations, including pricing, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, timelines, contracts and other project-specific terms.

Develop monthly and campaign performance reports, analyzing relevant KPIs and providing strategic insights and recommendations for optimization.

Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including campaign briefs, creator onboarding, timelines, content approvals, publishing, and deliverables. 

Collaborate with the social media advertising team to coordinate influencer content for paid amplification and ensure appropriate usage rights are secured. 

Stay up to date on media and social trends to suggest creative ideas to remain current and relevant

Own campaign timelines, deliverables and communication to ensure influencer programs are executed on time and aligned with campaign objectives.

Support the Reshift Media social team with a range of social media and content needs as priorities and workloads shift.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Min. 2-year experience with influencer marketing or other digital, social, or partnership-based marketing

Strong understanding of the Canadian and US  changing influencer landscape, and a passion for staying up to date on industry trends

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.

Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok and YouTube

Outgoing, approachable, and skilled at building and maintaining relationships

Strong written and oral communication skills 

Self-starter who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment 

Have a can-do attitude and willing to learn and teach others
