MARKETING SPECIALIST

As our Marketing Specialist, you will help bring Vidir’s products, customer solutions, and brand story to life. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing you will develop engaging marketing materials, coordinate trade shows and customer events, support digital campaigns, and translate technical information into clear, compelling content. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative, organized marketer who enjoys collaborating across teams and managing a variety of projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop marketing collateral, including brochures, sales presentations, webinars, photography, video content, 3D models, animations, and other sales-support materials.


• Collect and review website analytics, campaign engagement, trade show results, and customer inquiry trends to evaluate marketing performance and support reporting.


• Coordinate trade shows, meetings, and customer visits, including event research, recommendations, budgets, registration, employee travel, booth requirements, product logistics, and promotional materials.


• Develop accurate technical and marketing information for internal and external audiences, including editing technical drawings and creating scaled sample floor-plan layouts.


• Plan, implement, and manage campaigns across social media, Vidir websites, print, video, audio, and partner marketing channels.


• Travel occasionally between sites and to customer locations to gather content, understand applications, and communicate product value.


• Support Vidir’s Risk Management System and Continuous Improvement Programs and lead by example.

Qualifications

• A diploma or certificate in marketing, graphic design, or business administration is preferred.


• At least one to two years of experience in sales, marketing, graphic design, or B2B manufacturing communications; three or more years is preferred.


• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.


• Photography and video experience, with familiarity using 3D modelling and email marketing software.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.


• A collaborative, organized, and creative approach to working with sales, marketing, vendors, and other departments.


• The ability to travel internationally.
