Senior Manager, Finance role overseeing P&L and gross-to-net financial stewardship for Oncology therapeutic areas at AstraZeneca's Canadian operations. Responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, month-end reporting, and providing commercial insights to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end P&L for assigned therapeutic area with full accountability for revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities for therapeutic area and oncology gross-to-net
- Translate brand strategies and payer dynamics into financial insights and recommendations for leadership
- Analyze price, volume, mix, and gross-to-net impacts to inform portfolio and investment decisions
- Lead accrual governance, controls, and audit readiness across brands and distribution channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Eight or more years progressive finance or accounting experience
- At least three years in pharmaceuticals or comparable regulated industry
- Experience owning financial planning, budgeting, and P&L reporting
- Strong business partnering skills and credibility with senior leaders
- Clear written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
- CPA, CA, CMA, MBA or equivalent professional qualification (preferred)
Compensation: $138,826.40–$182,209.65 annual base salary
