- Act as strategic advisor to Area leadership teams
- Develop integrated people strategies supporting business goals
- Drive talent reviews, workforce planning, and succession initiatives
- Collaborate globally for people solutions and strategies
- Deliver executive presentations and workforce insights
- Experience in strategic HR or advisory roles
- Proven ability to influence senior executives
- Knowledge of organizational design and effectiveness
- Strong analytical skills leveraging workforce data
- Experienced in managing complex employee situations
