Backbone
Misión del puesto:
- Gestionar la operación completa de campañas, incluyendo configuración, tráfico creativo, implementación de estrategias de puja y optimización general de campañas.
- Monitorear y analizar datos de rendimiento de campañas, utilizando herramientas y plataformas para obtener ideas procesables y optimizar las campañas para maximizar el ROI.
- Realizar pruebas A/B y otras técnicas experimentales para mejorar el rendimiento de las campañas y fomentar la optimización continua.
- Identificar oportunidades para la segmentación de audiencias y desarrollar estrategias de segmentación personalizadas para mejorar la efectividad de las campañas.
- Generar informes regulares y presentar métricas de rendimiento de campañas al equipo interno, ofreciendo ideas y recomendaciones para mejoras continuas.
- Solucionar problemas técnicos relacionados con la configuración, el seguimiento o el rendimiento de las campañas, trabajando estrechamente con los equipos relevantes para resolver los problemas rápidamente.
- Mantenerse actualizado con las tendencias de la industria, nuevas tecnologías y mejores prácticas en publicidad programática para garantizar que nuestras campañas sigan siendo innovadoras y competitivas.

- Es un recurso dedicado, es decir, no cuenta con una persona a cargo, debe responder directamente a las solicitudes de la empresa.
Demostrar Dominio en Plataformas Programáticas
- Lanzar campañas programáticas de manera independiente en todos los DSP asignados.
- Implementar configuraciones de píxeles/etiquetas para seguimiento y medición.
- Realizar monitoreo diario para garantizar que las campañas cumplan con los objetivos de ritmo, presupuesto y KPI.
- Hacer optimizaciones para mejorar el rendimiento (por ejemplo, ajustes de audiencia, estrategias de puja, exclusión de inventarios).
Análisis e Informes
- Generar informes detallados de rendimiento utilizando Datorama o herramientas específicas de la plataforma.
- Proveer recomendaciones de optimización respaldadas por datos.
- Asistir en análisis post-campaña y desarrollar aprendizajes para la planificación futura.
Experiencia:
- Experiencia comprobada (más de 2 años) en la gestión de campañas de publicidad programática, preferiblemente en una agencia o equipo interno de marketing.
- Experiencia con diversas DSP: Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, Viant.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas con la capacidad de interpretar datos, generar conocimientos y tomar decisiones basadas en datos para optimizar el rendimiento de las campañas.
- Excelentes habilidades de gestión de proyectos, con capacidad para manejar múltiples campañas y plazos simultáneamente.
- Certificaciones en plataformas de publicidad programática y certificaciones relevantes de la industria son deseables.
- Experiencia con clientes del sector salud es un plus.
- Inglés C1-C2.
